The Department is Planning to start ITEP(B.Sc.B.Ed) which is the requirement of NEP (2020) for each University. Our University is also qualifying for the Programme, however we have certain infrastructural deficiencies both Physical and human, which our University is committed to overcome. This Programme will serve a great purpose for the School Education Department in general and the students, who opt for it in particular.The Department will offer B.Ed with B.Sc in Chemistry/Maths/Physics.As ours is a Technology University it suits to our infrastructural requirements and mandate of the University. In just four years the students will get two Degrees (B.Sc B.Ed). When our infrastructural Facilities will be up to the mark the Department will apply for NCTE recognition, which is must to run the programme in the Department of Education with the support of sister Departments.Department has also to wait till NCTE portal is opened to apply for B.Sc.B.Ed recognition. But the Department..... has to be prepared with all necessary Documents and infrastructure. The Programme will have a high Employability potential both in Govt and Private Sectors. As the Degree is inconsonance with the NEP (2020) and the requirements of School Education to appoint Teachers to teach at School Level.

Secondly the Department will also start M.A. Education after the Faculty for Education is adequate to run the Programme with minimum infrastructural facilities.For this purpose, our Department is not bound by NCTE recognition to start this Programme. Our University can start it in next Academic Session if infrastructural Facilities both Physical and Human are minimally available.
